 I am writing to express my highest praise in relation to the purchase of my Toyota Avalon which I picked up on 29th August.  As a 62 year old woman who has driven all my life and has bought and sold many used cars, I can honestly say that the service I received from JZ Motors was exemplary.

Within a short while of my emailing your company expressing interest in the car, I received a friendly and well-worded email from you, with a photo of the car included and the details of your RACV Green Light Approved Dealership. Then following shortly after that I received a phone call from Tim. Having dealt with some ‘dodgy’ used car dealers in the past, this professionalism instilled confidence in me.

Throughout my dealings with Tim, I found him very proficient, professional and welcoming. He offered to immediately bring the car over to me. Not feeling confident enough about my knowledge of cars, I organised for him to take it to a friend who is my ‘chief advisor’ in the matter of cars. Within half an hour he had taken it round to her, she test drove it and reported favourably back to me.   When Tim got back to the office he rang me, and with a couple of calls back and forth we agreed on the deal, which I was extremely happy with, particularly with the warranty being extended to two years.

I found Tim very honest and obliging, which along with the Green Light Approval left me feeling trusting and comfortable with my dealings with your company. I was also very impressed with his regular courtesy calls re progress.

It’s not often you have the opportunity to praise a used car dealership but I felt compelled to send this to you due to the great performance of Tim and JZ Motors. I have already mentioned this to several friends and relatives urging them to try your dealership first when they next want to purchase a new used car.
